Well then, you are what we need. Our office in Barcelona needs to be built up in every possible way!

Your responsibilities

  • You will be part of the Business Development team in Yuki Spain. For this, you will develop the business strategy, the roadmap, the necessary processes, templates and guidelines. 
  • Design and plan the annual sales plan in coordination with the other departments involved in the process, where the objectives of each of the company's business areas or lines are reflected, as well as the strategies and actions necessary for its achievement.
  • Define and plan the commercial actions in the short / medium term of the portfolio of products and services according to the policies and processes of the area, in coordination with the other departments involved in the process, and promote their correct application in order to achieve economic results defined in the Business Plan.
  • Define the management indicators for the necessary control in order to analyze the objectives set in the evolution of the company and the business, and anticipate for the decision making of corrective actions.
  • Plan the sales budget based on the global strategy of the company, and define the control mechanisms necessary to anticipate deviations, as well as the weekly, monthly and annual monitoring of the forecast and establish the corrective actions necessary to reach the Budget.
  • Plan, organize and decide periodically and according to the needs of each moment, the team of professionals in charge, actively collaborating in the processes of selection, training and professional development of the same ensuring the motivation, effectiveness, performance and adaptation to the processes.
  • You will manage professional communication with all stakeholders (partners, management team, development team, etc.).

Job requirements

Your knowledge and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager ideally in the IT sector, preferably in a SaaS company or data driven business. 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance or similar. 

  • Master degree in Business Management, MBA or similar. 

  • Experience in the Accounting and IT Spanish Market. 

  • Technical background, with commercial experience and significant PnL management. 

  • Experienced at interpreting market trends, customer needs and various delivery models.

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent and profitable products. 

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. 

  • Exceptional operational skills with an ability to roll-up sleeves to help transform business.

  • Your level of English and Spanish is fluent.
