Due to growth we are currently recruiting an ambitious Sales Manager Netherlands whom can take the team to the next level.

As Sales Manager you will report directly to the Commercial Director and you will be responsible for the New Business Team (6 FTE and growing). It’s a is great time to join the company’s expansion; you will be part of the management team and be responsible for the sales strategy and optimized sales execution. You will set the annual sales plans, are responsible for forecasting/ budget and on a daily basis you will focus on coaching, training and development of the sales team.

In this challenging role you will develop a focused and winning sales culture inspired on trust and transparency and in order to be successful it is key to lead the team by example. You will play a crucial role in the team’s future development and will focus on team effort, quality and delivering results. You will be improving the necessary processes, templates and guidelines, are on top of the sales funnel, conversion rates and sales excellence and will work closely together with Customer Success, Marketing and Operations to optimize customer experience, market visibility and ROI.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage commercial results, forecast and KPI’s;
  • Develop a focused and winning sales culture inspired on trust and transparency;
  • Drive new marketing initiatives and cross sell to increase new business opportunities;
  • On the job training, development and coaching of the New Business Team (incl. co-travel);
  • Lead by example and quickly anticipate on changes in opportunities and customer needs;
  • Define and implement new sales processes, procedures and sales force effectiveness;
  • Utilize data to develop sales plans based on customer analysis to maximize growth;
  • Work closely together with international peers to implement best practices;
  • Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Lead cross functional teams shaped around customer success;
  • Define and plan the commercial actions and timely follow-up;
  • Organize internal and external trainings and workshops.


  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a relevant field (B2B Finance, Accounting, Banking, SaaS or Data driven);
  • A proven track record in cultural change, people development and management;
  • Energetic, passionate and result-oriented influencer with a hands-on sales mindset;
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver and solutions-oriented person;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
