As a Junior Sales Representative, you will work closely with, among others, the Business Development team, Customer Success and our Marketing department (10+ people).
You will get a lot of freedom and space for ideas and to propagate them and you have an important role in our Sales team. Inbound leads are delivered through marketing and you work in an energetic, motivated and result-driven environment.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest and qualifying prospects;
Warm calling to inbound leads;
Cold calling to a segmented database;
Approach customers by LinkedIn, email, phone or any other channel.
To make the most of your opportunities and identify upsell opportunities for our customers (administration and accountancy firms), you will receive internal training. The knowledge you gain in this, in combination with your proactive customer contact, allows you to recognize customer challenges and identify new opportunities that lead to increasing your sales success. In this position you are customer-oriented, result-driven and you have a winning mentality. Because of your social skills and strong communication skills, you bring a lot of energy and you are trained to be a real sparring partner for our customers.

Your knowledge and experience
You have 1 year of experience in some relevant Sales or Commercial offices or if you have just graduated from Business Administration and you want to start in the Tech industry, passioned about Sales.
You get energy from results and you want to win in a fairway.
You are confident, verbally strong and have the fun factor on the phone.
You expect coaching and guidance so that you can achieve ambitious goals.
Previous experience in Saas or Fintech companies or the accountancy industry would be a plus.
Your personal skills
You are native in Spanish and fluent in English.
You feel you are a real 'hunter', you enjoy developing new businesses.
You are a team player, passionate about your work, with energy and self-motivated.
