Previously accounting has been the same for over twenty-five years for both entrepreneurs and accountants. We’re here to change that!


Our Customer Success team is responsable for the success of Yuki. Everything this team does evolves around customer centricity. Its their goal to make our customer smarter and helping them to work better with our software. As a Customer Success Champ you will make true amabassadors out of our clients. You are a true trusted advisor.


How?

  • From the moment we welcome a new client (accountant), you become their go-to person of trust.
  • You will help them during the startup, and afterwards you will guide them in their digitalisationtraject.
  • Thanks to your cleverness and entrepreneurial spirit, you can give strategic advise and create true Yuki-ambassadors.
  • Next to this you also have commercial feeling, so your meetings wil result in upsell.
  • Don't panic, we are not looking for a ‘salestiger’. On the contrary, you will do all of this by building a long term relationship. You want to help the accountant succeed in making their office more digital and efficient.

Requirements

  • You obtained a Master degree and you have experience in bookkeeping.
  • Talking with our clients about digitalisation in accounting, you love it! But offcourse, you also know how to tackle the needs of our clients and helping them in finding a solution.
  • You have the knowledge and maturity to advise managers on a strategical level.
  • You truly believe in digitalisation and you have affinity with cloud based packages.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and you understand French.
  • Creating value is your second nature. 
  • You get your energy by solving complex businesscases.
