This is your opportunity! We are looking for a Customer Success to help our customers with the implementation of our software product, Yuki but also make them happy.

Yuki is one of the leading innovators in the domain of accounting and financial administration. We are rapidly growing and, as a product-driven organization, it makes us proud that our SaaS solution is used by nearly 75,000 entrepreneurs and more than 1,100 accountancy firms across The Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.

At Yuki, 200 employees, of which 65+ are in product and development, give their best to allow entrepreneurs and accountants to work smarter. We do so by providing them easy to use, self-learning and highly automated accounting software.

The Customer Support and Success team is responsible for taking care of the Yuki partners. The customer (the accountant) is central in everything this team does. Their goal is to make the customer an expert on our platform. As a Customer Success, you are therefore responsible for making real ambassadors for our customers, you are their trusted advisor.

Your responsibilities

  • Making and keeping customers happy!

  • Helping customers with their questions or problems. This is easy for you thanks to your problem-solving thinking;

  • You would be also the voice of the customer internally. Passing customers’ feedback to the product and development team, so that they too can get down to work on making Yuki even better.

  • From the moment we welcome a new client, you, along with your colleagues, are responsible for the Yuki implementation process;

  • You are technically savvy, so giving Q&A sessions and other training courses is not a problem;

  • Organize and give Yuki webinars;

  • Enjoys writing and presenting technical analysis on the use of Yuki to clients;

  • You would also be the voice of the customer internally. Passing customers’ feedback to the product and development team, so that they too can get down to work on making Yuki even better;

  • You will be given the space to propose (and develop) new ideas to take Yuki's knowledge of our clients to the next level.

Job requirements

Your knowledge and experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting office or an audit firm.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.

  • Experience in a similar role as Customer Support/Success or Customer retention would be a plus.

  • Interested in Saas companies and Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of API technology (web services) and familiarity with the ticket system? Bonus points!

  • You are native in Spanish and fluent in English.

  • You know very well how to help customers in a professional way.
